Requirements for Territory Sales Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry
- Minimum of 7 years of proven sales experience in the haircare or beauty industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of market research and analysis
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel within assigned territories
Requirements for Shop Manager
- Relevant Degree or experience in a related field.
- minimum of 5 years working experience as a shop manager preferably in the haircare industry.
- Proven experience as a shop manager in a beauty shop or salon.
- Good knowledge of haircare products, trends, and styles.
- The ability to make wigs and other hairstyles is an added advantage.
- Good command of oral and written English.
- Management skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Experience with inventory management and budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and attain profitability goals.
- Familiarity with POS and other payment systems relevant to retail business.
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with clients and customers.
- Preferably Female.
Requirements for Territory Sales Representative
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales
- Demonstrated experience in Marketing, business development, and sales
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- Preferably females (must have good Knowledge and understanding of the hair industry and hair products)
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
- Computer literate
- Competency in Microsoft applications
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
