Requirements for National Sales Manager
- BSc Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Must have 15 years of experience in Sales
- Proven work experience as a National sales manager
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed and most conversant with Northern and Western states,
- Must have experience in plastics markets
Requirements for Human Resources / Admin Manager
- HRA managers must possess excellent decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills.
- Beyond these traits, however, you must be well-educated in your field of expertise.
- You must possess a bachelor’s degree and human resources experience and have proven experience as an administration manager.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of human resources.
- Must be familiar with country-specific laws and regulations governing Human Resources.
- Ability to work with managers to assess complex issues pragmatically.
- Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations, and make decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal English and local language skills.
- Ability to interact with and lead employees at various levels.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A team player with leadership skills.
Requirements for Account Officer
- Adept computer skills and proficiency using programs like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Advanced math skills to keep accurate records and supervise the bookkeeping of an organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments
- Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate, and meticulous financial records for a company
- Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s records and invoices
- Multitasking to successfully handle multiple accounts, invoices, and payments at various stages of execution
- Excellent efficiency for handling any accounting issues quickly with minimal interference.
