Requirements for Team Lead – Commercial Contracts
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law. A Master’s Degree in Business & Commercial Law and other relevant certifications will be advantageous.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, preferably in the banking or fintech sector.
- Candidates called to the bar between the period of 2015 & 2016.
- Sound knowledge of commercial, corporate, and financial laws.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic approach to risk assessment.
- Proficiency in legal research and Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements for Admin Officer (Chinese-Speaking)
- B.Sc in Business Administration or related fields
- Must have 2 to 3 years of admin experience.
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organization, time management, and scheduling skills
- Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable
- Experiencing using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with few errors
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Interpersonal relationship and Organizational skills
- Dependability and integrity.
Requirements for Offline POS Operations Specialist
- 2 years or more of product operation or toB strategic operation experience, with successful commercialization experience in toB business.
- Strong logical thinking, data analysis ability, keen market insight, and analytical ability, to grasp industry trends and customer needs.
- Able to organize and write marketing preferential policies for the industry, with strong logical and financial background knowledge.
- Clear logic, good communication skills, and organizational coordination ability.
- Strong sense of teamwork, strong resistance to pressure, good learning ability, willingness to accept challenges, and result-oriented.
- Complete the assigned tasks specified by superiors.
