Requirements for Business Development Executive
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Negotiation skill
- Excellent communication skill
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Must reside in Lagos
Requirements for Project Manager
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a project manager or project engineer, preferably in real estate development or construction
- Knowledge of Risk Management
- Analytical skill
- Cost control and Budgeting skill
- Ready to Resume work immediately
Requirements for Executive Assistant
- HND / B.Sc from a reputable institution
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Tenacity and Emotional maturity.
- Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent report writing skill
