Requirements for Vice President, Logistics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 10 – 12 years experience in Supply Chain or Logistics leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction in large-scale FMCG e-commerce
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive digital transformation and innovation in logistics
- Knowledge of financial acumen, including supply chain costs, budgeting, and financial metrics
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Expertise in supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) and related technology solutions
Requirements for Group Head of Tax
- ICAN / ACCA / CITN qualified.
- 8 – 10 years of experience in a tax management role (preference for a mix of tax consulting and industry experience).
Requirements for Managing Director
- University Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- 5-7 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the FMCG or agribusiness sector.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural value chain, procurement, processing, and trading.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
