Requirements for Marketer (Laboratory Services)
- Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a marketer in the laboratory services industry or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing techniques and experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a marketer
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of laboratory services and medical terminology is a plus.
Requirements for Biomedical Engineer
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in biomedical engineering, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements for Business Development Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Two to three years post-qualification relevant experience in a similar job position in the insurance/microfinance sector
- Proven experience in business development within the insurance or microfinance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
