Requirements for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CFA, CPA, etc) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting with a strong understanding of financial statements and financial theory.
- Expertise in using financial software and Office Suites, particularly spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and BI tools is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Requirements for Treasury Accountant
- B.Sc. (1st or 2nd Class Upper) in Social Sciences or Management
- Qualified Accountant – ACA
- 2 – 15 years of work experience.
- Rudimental knowledge of Financial Management and Financial Accounting
- Proficiency in the use of Enterprise-wide Accounting Applications such as SAGE or SAP, Ms. Office packages, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Good team player
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, people management, and negotiating skills
- High awareness of quality & attention to detail
- Strong sense of professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and tact
- High level of sincerity and honesty with a pragmatic and proactive approach to business
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Requirements for Facility Management Accountant
- B.Sc. (1st or 2nd Class Upper) in Social Sciences or Management
- Qualified Accountant – ACA
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Financial Accounting for Facility Management
- Proficiency in the use of Enterprise-wide Accounting Applications such as SAGE or SAP, MS Office packages, and PowerPoint presentations.
