Requirements for Senior Banking Officer
- Applicant should possess a Bachelors’s Degree in Banking, Accounting, or a Finance related field
- Master’s Degree in a Finance related field
- CBIN
- Applicant must have relevant managerial training in the Banking sector
- Applicant must have at least 6 years as a Banking Officer with 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Applicable Bank and branch policies
- Procedures and support systems
- Applicant must have a supervisory skill
- Team building
- Applicant must have excellent leadership skills
- Retail products and services
- Bank products and consumer lending
- Business customer needs and solutions
- Banking products.
Requirements for Client Acquisition Officer
- Applicant should possess a B.Sc./ HND
- Applicant must have a minimum of 1-year job experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Care from the energy or related service industry
- Applicant must have skills in problem-solving
- Applicant must have fluency in both oral and written English and Swahili
- Applicant must have the ability to Multi-Task
- Applicant must have good proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Applicant must have strong Verbal and Communication skills
- Applicant must have the ability to work long hours due to the nature of the project
- Applicant must have excellent negotiation skills
- Applicant must have strong people management skills.
Requirements for Junior Business Development Officer
- Applicant must have at least 1 + year of Proven Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service Rep experience
- Experience with Professional Sales or Marketing Associations is a plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, grammar, and consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
- Possess professional, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
- Ability to meet people in new or difficult situations and build rapport
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
- A result-oriented professional with a strong work ethic
- Applicant must have the ability to multi-task
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e.: Outlook, Word, Excel)
