Requirements for Sustainability Associate
- Assess and analyze the company’s policies and processes to identify areas and processes to which improvements can be made by the organization’s commitment to sustainability.
- Brainstorms and identifies creative ways in which the company can balance business obligations to respect, support, and improve the business approach to driving sustainability.
- Understanding, keeping up to date, and compliant with the evolving regulatory environment about ESG and sustainability matters.
- Carrying out materiality assessments in terms of the full value chain to identify, measure, and manage the most important factor as may be required.
- Carrying out risk assessments about sustainability matters.
- Drafts and prepares reports, presentations, and proposals; presents proposals and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Develops and maintains appropriate documentation and records including budgets and other financials.
- Prepares documentation required for project funding for various sustainability initiatives.
- Maintains current working knowledge of, and ensures compliance with, all applicable stakeholders on sustainability issues.
- Identifies and facilitates training as may be required.
- Understanding sustainability maturity by carrying out peer reviews and benchmarks.
- Provide ESG expertise to deliver ESG due diligence and value-creation projects.
- Demonstrate an understanding of ESG developments in the FMCG industry.
- Developing materials and delivering training from C-suite to staff members.
- Gauging current ESG situation, including but not limited to carbon emission footprint.
- Building relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide seamlessly integrated services.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements for Regional Sales Manager
- Minimum of HND with 3 years experience in a similar role; preferably in the FMCG industry
- Territory Management Skills (customer/outlet mapping, call/route plan, volume planning, NND, Market Analysis).
- Proficiency in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Must possess good analytical and computing skills.
- Proficiency in information tracking, sales analytics, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Decision-making and demonstrating self-confidence.
- Ability to use smartphone and tech-savvy.
Requirements for Multipro Consumer Products Limited Graduate Trainee Programme 2024
- Be Nigerian graduates who are passionate about selling and building a career in Sales management and operations.
- Be Fresh Graduates of Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, and in the field of management.
- Not be more than 27 years old by July 1, 2024.
- Beholders of bachelor’s Degrees and grade 2.1 from reputable universities.
- Have completed the mandatory NYSC program.
- Have good analytical & communication skills
- Must be tech-savvy.
