Requirements for Graphics Designer
- Applicant should possess a BS / BA in Graphic design Design, Fine Art, or a related field preferred
- Applicant must have 5+ years experience (freelance and professional) with design software (i.e Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, Dreamweaver, etc)
- Applicant must have exceptional creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Applicant must have proficiency in time management and communication to make deadlines
- Applicant must have knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, WordPress, and content management systems is a big plus
Requirements for React / UX Engineer
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Applicant must have 5+ years of experience in front-end development
- Applicant must have expertise in frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
- Applicant must have strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Applicant must have experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
- Applicant must have experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Applicant must have 3+ years of experience in Website SEO.
- Applicant must have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirements for UI / UX Designer (Figma)
- Applicant must have 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Applicant must have strong experience using Figma and similar design tools
- Applicant must have an excellent portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design
- Applicant must have the ability to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively
- Applicant must have experience conducting user research and testing
- Applicant must have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
