Requirements for Digital Marketers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a technology, startup, or innovation-focused environment.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management tools, email marketing software, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements for Training / Programs Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program design, development, and management, preferably in a human capacity development or training institute.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs, workshops, or educational initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving innovation and learning.
Requirements for Front Desk Personnel
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational, accounting, and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Currently undergoing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Preferably a resident in Wuse and its environs.
