Requirements for Growth Marketer – Loyalty and Special Projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or a related field.
- Previous experience working on marketing strategies for loyalty programs
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies and some experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels such as paid social, email, push notifications, and other relevant channels.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of mobile app analytics tools such as Mixpanel, AppsFlyer (or similar)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Iterable (or similar)
- Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice-to-have: experience working for a fintech or gaming app
Requirements for Junior Financial Analyst
- Bachelor of Accounting and or Finance
- 1 – 3 years of Financial Services or regulated business.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Familiar with IFRS
- Working with teams across various geographic jurisdictions
- Strong interpersonal and business partnering skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of the SaaS landscape would be advantageous.
Requirements for Senior Product Manager, Credit
- 5+ years of product management experience building consumer web and mobile products (essential)
- 2+ years of experience working with credit/lending products in the Tech space (ideally banking, fintech)
- Experience working with engineering and product teams with agile and lean principles
- Broad knowledge of Credit Risk management and Collections principles
- User-centric design approaches and strong product instincts
- Ability to take a nebulous, vague list of desires & requirements and distill them down into engineering actionable items
- Bias for Execution; you focus on defining the right MVP, making difficult trade-offs, and shipping effective features
- Exceptional Curiosity; you’re unafraid to ask questions, tinker, and learn to help drive product success
- Ability to analyze data from a variety of sources to identify key insights, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and inform product decisions
- Experienced with BI Tools to make data-driven decisions.
