Requirements for 2024 PwC Graduate Associate Programme
- Completion of NYSC is mandatory
- Minimum of second-class upper division/upper credit
- Minimum of 5 O’Level credits in one sitting, including English language and Mathematics

Requirements for Finance Associate – FSSC Payable
- First Degree in Accounting with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division
- ICAN/ACCA qualified or at the final stage
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Required Skills
Requirements for Human Capital Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business, Social Science, or related discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with 2 years of talent and/or performance management experience.
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner
- Demonstrates ability to work proactively and to lead and drive actions and deliverables.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to work with quantitative data.
- Demonstrates high learning agility and deep interest in human capital and people development.
- Demonstrates agility and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels from diverse backgrounds/cultures with a strong client-focused mindset.
- Proven track record in managing projects and driving outcomes.
- Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills to enable communications and analysis.
