Requirements for Fitter
- Interested candidates should possess an OND in a relevant field with 2 – 3 years of work experience.
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Experience in welding and fabrication
- Knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills.
- The Fitter role requires the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in confined spaces.
- The successful candidate must be able to perform physical tasks.
Requirements for Mechanical Foreman
- Interested candidates should possess an OND in a relevant field with 3 – 5 years of work experience.
- Installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Requirements for Weighbridge Operator
- Interested candidates should possess an OND in a relevant field with 2 – 3 years of work experience.
- Basic understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations, and legislations relating to the cement manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and quality specifications.
- Willingness to learn, improve, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Working knowledge of relevant supporting tools and technologies such as MS Excel, Project management applications, etc.
