NerdzFactory Company is a human capital and technology company that is based out of Lagos. Registered in 2017 but officially commenced operations in January 2018 with a capital of NGN25,000 from the founder’s room in Magodo, Lagos. The organization, which is fully bootstrapped, has moved beyond just being a business that the founder runs from his room to a business that hires 13 full-time staff and 20+ part-time staff without still raising external capital.

Requirements for Content / Social Media Intern

• An HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Science, or any other relevant course
• Must be a serving NYSC member with a desire to learn and grow
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated interest in the relevant role
• Prior experience in relevant fields is an added advantage.

Requirements for Programs Intern

• An HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Science, or any other relevant course
