Requirements for Field Sales Manager

Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Ability to drive sales from zero to 100% target achievement
Market research skills to improve driver acquisition within territories
Relationship building and management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Information gathering and competition watch
Must understand the local dialect of the business territory. Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with experience
He/she should be able to enjoy clerical and administrative work with good planning and numeric skills.
Must be a self-starter with a bias for technology
People Management skills.

Requirements for Cashier

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
1+ years of professional experience
Accountability and accuracy
Ability to calculate sales and change quickly
Strong customer service skills
Oriented towards serving customers
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
Basic math and computer skills
Attention to detail.
Ability to read and understand instructions
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide easily and quickly.

Requirements for Accountant

Support financial & management report preparation
Preparation of bank reconciliation and supporting schedules for management accounts
General Ledger supervision
Guide and manage junior accountants and other staff by answering questions and solving queries
Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation
Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process
Ensure compliance with internal controls and suggest process improvements as needed
Work with external auditors to perform the annual audits for all our jurisdictions
Good knowledge of ERP.
