Requirements for Digital Marketing Manager
- 7 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in creating and updating reports.
- Immersed in Afrobeat, hip-hop, Rap, and R&B culture with established relationships in the industry.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and exceptional project management skills.
- Self-driven with excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and collaboration tools.
- Thrives in both team environments and working independently.
- In-depth knowledge of music applications and internet platforms.

Requirements for Distribution / Release Specialist
- Minimum of 3 years experience in publishing or managing writers and producers.
- A proven track record working for a label or label services/distribution company on a variety of formats.

- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Certification/experience in project management will be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of digital platforms, streaming services, and physical distribution channels.

- Proven experience working with confidential and sensitive information.
- Must be a discreet, reliable, professional, and trustworthy individual.

Requirements for Head of Content Marketing
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in content marketing for any facet of the entertainment industry with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Track record of incorporating innovative approaches into content marketing strategies within the entertainment industry. Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging content formats.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The candidate will collaborate on presenting campaigns and contextualizing results for the Board.
- Knowledge of various music applications and excellent knowledge of the Internet platforms.
- Diverse experience across content marketing channels.
- Strong project management, organization, and adaptability skills.
