LifeBank is currently working on the blood shortage problem in Nigeria by connecting hospitals to blood banks, and blood banks to donors. We do this by hosting blood drives and by delivering blood in less than 55 minutes, in a WHO and EU-recommended cold chain, to hospitals.

Requirements for Medical Sales Representative
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc in Biological and Medical Sciences or Marketing
- 2-4years experience in direct sales
- Experience in the medical or Pharma industry is a plus
- Good organization skills and results-driven
- Highly Self-motivated
- Highly analytical with a drive for numbers
- High level of professionalism
- Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills.

Requirements for Vendor Success Manager
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 4- 6 years of work experience.
- We are looking for candidates with Procurement/Purchasing/Supply Chain experience.
Requirements for Product Designer (UI / UX)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing user-centered solutions.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and methodologies.
- Expertise in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
