Requirements for HR Assistant
- Minimum of a B.Sc / HND in Human Resource Management, Personnel Administration, or related field.
- A Certification in Human Resources management is desirable.
- Minimum 2-4 years of proficiency in Human resource practices & processes
- Minimum 3 years experience working with INGO preferable.
- Work within the framework of INTERSOS Nigeria’s core values.
- Act as an ambassador for INTERSOS Nigeria, through professionalism and conduct.
- Adhere to all INTERSOS policies and procedures both technical and administrational.
- Undertake and apply learning from appropriate training and development programs. Personal requirements.
- Understanding of humanitarian operations principles, standards, and best practices.
- Manages effectively his/her own time as well as flexible and available to work overtime when needed.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Kanuri, and Hausa Languages is ESSENTIAL.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills and excellence as a team player.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Respect and adherence to protection principles.

Requirements for Finance Manager
- First University Degree from a recognized University
- Qualified accountant and a member Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience at national and international level working as an admin-finance Officer/Manager
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel
- Demonstrated leadership and very good interpersonal/communication skills.
- Demonstrate experience with different donor finance compliance and reporting.
- Ability to perform and assure high accuracy in work with tight turnaround time.
- Positive and solution-oriented personality
- Fluency in English is required.
- Adhere to all INTERSOS policies and procedures both technical and administrational.
- Undertake and apply learning from appropriate training and development programs.
- Maintain and care for all equipment issued by INTERSOS Nigeria and for any losses or damages due to negligence you will be liable for repair or replacement.
Requirements for Senior Finance Officer
- An undergraduate degree from a recognized academic institution in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Finance Management, Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience at national and international organization level working as a finance officer or similar.
- Strong understanding of General Accounting, budgeting, financial management, and donor reporting.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Excel.
- Demonstrated leadership and very good interpersonal/communication skills.
- Demonstrate experience with different donor finance compliance and reporting.
- Ability to perform and assure high accuracy in work under stress.
- Positive and solution-oriented personality.
- Fluency in English is required.
