Requirements for Sales Executive
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the building and construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and manage customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to learn about new products and services.
- Experience in project management and customer support is a plus.
- Must reside within and around Ago Palace Way, Okota, Isoloaxis of Lagos.
Requirements for General Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
- 10+ years of work experience in the building and construction industry, with a focus on building materials, furniture, and fixtures.
- Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams to achieve exceptional results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in strategic planning and business development, including market analysis and business forecasting.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proximity to the office is an added advantage. (Oshodi/Isolo LGA).
Requirements for Truck Driver / Deliveryman
- Minimum of a secondary school leaving certificate or its equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and at least 6 years of experience in driving trucks or vans
- Excellent knowledge of Lagos city routes and traffic laws
- Ability to drive long hours and travel long distances
- Must be familiar with using GPS devices for navigation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform various tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair is an added advantage
- Proximity to work (must reside within Okota, Isolo) is also a criterion for selection.
