Requirements for Sustainability Manager

• Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Professional Certification in Sustainability will be an advantage.
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience
• Specialized training in data analysis, report writing, environmental impact assessment, corporate social responsibility, or similar will be a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
• Experience in data analysis, synthesis of complex information into concise documents, and coordinating activities among multiple parties.
• Proven ability in strategic thinking and problem-solving in the realm of sustainability.

Requirements for Human Resource Manager

• A Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional Membership in the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) will be an advantage
• 7- 10 years experience in Human Resources Practice at the Management Level
• In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian and International Labour Laws and prior experience in employee relations or industrial relations.
• Extensive knowledge of government regulations and policies and strong experience in dealing with unions.
• You possess strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
• You have strong problem-solving, negotiation & influencing skills.

Requirements for Commercial Manager

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees in Business Administration or related fields with 8 – 10 years of relevant work experience in B2B Procurements & sales
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written)
• Financial analysis skills, Detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. MS Word, MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
