Requirements for Associate, Risk & Compliance Reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven 4+ years’ experience in risk management, compliance reporting, or regulatory affairs within the financial services industry, with a focus on fintech preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and DAX).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements for Associate, Enterprise Risk Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced Degree (e.g., MBA, FRM, PRM, CFA) preferred.
- Proven 4+ years’ experience in enterprise risk management, preferably in the fintech industry or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements relevant to the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with hands-on experience in risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation.
- Proficiency in regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to fintech, such as GDPR, KYC/AML, and cybersecurity regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of driving results and implementing risk management initiatives that add tangible value to the business.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements for Senior Associate, Business Development
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Sales / Business Development related field
- 5+ years of business development experience specializing in one or more sector
- Proven experience in sales across banking, fintech, and financial services is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of sales systems to support successful sales delivery
- Curiosity, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to continually learn
- Efficient multi-tasker and ability to work & deliver under pressure
- Proficiency in CRM tools including Freshsales
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent people and relationship management skills, including leading a team
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and can easily
- Ability to adapt to new and challenging projects
- Ability to influence others and create a sense of urgency for your cause.
