Requirements for Machine Learning Engineer
- 4+ years of experience building software in a production environment. Startup or early-stage team experience is preferred.
- Excellent software engineering and programming skills, especially Python and SQL.
- A diverse range of data skills, including experimentation, statistics, and machine learning, has used these skills to inform business decisions.
- An understanding of cloud computing infrastructure and data pipelines.

Requirements for Sales Representative
- A solid understanding of financial technology (fintech) products and services.
- This includes knowledge of digital banking, payment systems, and other relevant fintech solutions.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative particularly in a Fintech
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
Requirements for Software Engineering Manager, Nigeria
- 2+ years of engineering management experience, preferably in an established technology firm or a product-focused high-growth startup.
- Experience handling performance reviews, and must have handled at least 1 performance review cycle independently.
- Significant experience (4+ years) as a software engineer, ideally across organizations, industries, and technology stacks.
- A record of mentorship and helping others in their career growth.
- Experience and excitement for recruiting, combined with a thoughtful approach to team growth.
