Requirements for Inventory Reconciliation Officer
- Minimum educational qualification: First Degree.
- 3 – 5 years of work experience.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks will be considered an asset.
- Microsoft Office Suite – Proficient Level.
- Accounting experience or knowledge of basic accounting principles would be an asset.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and with little supervision.
- Candidates residing around Victoria Island environs are preferred.
Requirements for Dispatch Rider
- A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate
- 2-5 years experience
- Familiarity with relevant routes within Lagos.
- Must be a skilled rider.
- Ability to communicate, read, and write.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Polite and able to get along with people.
Requirements for Operations Officer
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation in the following areas; Plumbing, Electrical systems, Carpentry, Aluminium, Air conditioning, Refrigeration, Generator, and Painting.
- Carry out inspections of facilities and call rooms to identify and resolve issues.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
- Monitor equipment inventory and raise orders when necessary.
- Asset Management- Asset tagging and monitoring.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Fuel Requisition, purchase, and allocation.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and equipment
- Ensure facilities conform to regulatory standards
- First aider and Emergency responder
- Ensure effective waste disposal.
