Requirements for Regional Customer Care Manager (RM)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Security Administration or other related disciplines or Criminal Justice with 5 years of law enforcement and/or corporate security experience (or) 10+ years of law enforcement and/or corporate security experience.
- 10+ years of guard force management.
- Ability to conduct risk/threat assessments and develop measures to mitigate identified risks.
- Demonstrated entry-level or mid-level executive management leadership experience.
- Experience managing a medium to large workforce.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative teamwork environment.
- Ability to recognize issues and develop resolutions.
- Ability to coordinate proactive and effective responses in a high-stress environment.
- Project management skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to create effective response protocols to specific incidents.
- Ability to create training and tabletop exercises to ensure disaster management effectiveness.
- General knowledge of access control systems.
- General knowledge of security network video recorder applications.
- Ability to understand the laws about physical security officers and the associated required training.
- Knowledge of principles of intelligence and investigations.
- Knowledge of budget process and business planning
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- The military background will be an added advantage.
Requirements for Customer Care Manager

Requirements for Credit Control Officer
- Minimum of HND / University Degree in Accounting.
- 1-3 years cognate experience.
- Methodical with high attention to detail
- Highly organized with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Female candidates are most preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Working knowledge of financial statutory requirements.
- Strong IT skills [Excel, Word, and Outlook
- An excellent communicator written and verbal.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Must be capable of operating with minimal level of supervision.
- Must maintain a high level of accuracy and ability to keep detailed file notes.
- Teamwork abilities.
