Requirements for Sorting Officer
- Minimum of BSc / HND qualification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience. Experience in the supply chain is an added advantage.
- Interested candidates must reside in Ilesha or its environs.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills. Must know how to use Microsoft Office, especially MICROSOFT EXCEL.
- Technical abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and navigate stressful situations.
- Display a high level of integrity.
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be computer literate and be able to multi-task
- Must be able to adapt and work well in a team.
Requirements for Fleet and Maintenance Manager
- B.Sc or HND in Supply Chain or any related course.
- Specialization in Fleet Management and Supply Chain is COMPULSORY. Please don’t apply if you don’t have experience in logistics specifically brewery operations.
- At least 4 years of working experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing and Accounting is an added advantage.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office effectively.
- Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Displays a high level of integrity.
- Candidate MUST leave in Ilesha or be willing to relocate to Ilesha.
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
Requirements for Health and Safety Officer
- B.Sc Degree in Public Health or any related course in a health, safety, or environmental field of study
- At least 3 years experience in health and safety.
- Should be Male
- HSE Certification is COMPULSORY.
- In-depth knowledge of safety procedures.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organization skills
- Good analytical skills and the ability to think critically
- Good public speaking skills
- Leadership skills.
