Requirements for Group Chief Marketing Officer
- Energetic and intuitive marketing strategist with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results.
- Experienced in strategic marketing planning, branding, and product development.
- Adept in online and traditional marketing, and highly skilled in visual communications.
- 12 – 15 years of professional marketing experience of which 5+ years of experience in brand/product management in an FMCG, QSR, or retail-based organization is desired.
- Prior experience working at a Retail Brand with sophisticated direct mail programs, direct marketing agencies, or with a hospitality and or restaurant brand is a plus.
- Familiarity with agencies specializing in data warehousing, business intelligence, or analytics and modeling services is a plus.
- Skilled in direct response marketing with the ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touchpoints, including website, print communications, online communications, and direct mail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time -to deliver results on time and under budget.
- Experience, particularly from the FMCG and Telecoms sector, is required, and candidates from alcohol companies are also welcome.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent people management skills.
Requirements for Head of Operations
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. and, an MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years leadership experience in manufacturing operations from world world-class multinational organization.
- Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management
- Must have leadership experience in Manufacturing Operations, Product Development, and Lean Systems Leadership

Requirements for Direct Sales Agent
- B.Sc / HND (Minimum of Lower Class)
- Not more than 28 years
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience.
- Skilled in selling and persuading with a proven track record.
