Requirements for Product Design (UX/UI) Teaching Assistant
- 2 – 4 years of practical experience in the field of UX/UI design, preferably in mentoring, support, or teaching roles.
- Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Invision, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
- Strong knowledge of UX research methods, information architecture, wire-framing, prototyping, visual design principles, and design systems.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
- Experience in portfolio development and job readiness strategies within the UX/UI design industry.
- Passionate about mentoring and shaping the next generation of UX/UI designers.
Requirements for Supporting Instructor – Web Development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 – 6 years of hands-on training experience in web development, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DOM manipulation.
- Strong command over front-end technologies, responsive design, and modern web development practices.
- Experience in teaching or training individuals in a classroom setting, explaining complex concepts in an easily understandable manner.
- Proficiency in debugging, testing, and optimizing web applications for performance.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Passionate about education and empowering individuals in the field of web development.
Requirements for Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 4 – 6 years experience
- Preferable industry experience in Financial services and professional services firm or prior experience in any of the big 4.
- Proven experience in cohort analysis, unit economics, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial management tools.
- Strong data analysis skills with expertise in business intelligence, ETL processes, Python, and SQL.
- Experience in automated reporting within CRM systems.
- Knowledge of daily revenue and cost reporting processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
