Requirements for Legal Business Partner
- LLB Degree from an accredited university.
- At least five (5) years post-call experience.
- Corporate/Commercial law experience in a reputable law firm or a CBN-regulated entity
Requirements for Recovery Officer
- Minimum of 2 years Field Recovery experience
- Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills
- Competent Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of financial and non-financial agreement processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Experience in the banking or microfinance industry is a plus.
Requirements for Decision Scientist
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in a technical or quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Decision Scientist.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL, etc.) and advanced MS Excel.
- Proven track record using predictive analytics to impact business outcomes.
- Background in credit risk modeling: scorecards, vintage analysis, decision trees, roll rate analysis.
- Familiarity with analytical software, like Power BI, is a plus.
- Experience with ML Ops on AWS or other cloud-based platforms is an advantage.
