Women Without Walls Initiative (WOWWI) is a non-governmental,non-sectarian, and all-inclusive organization, comprised of progressive Nigerian women from every facet of life.WOWWI has formed a coalition of women groups nationally and internationally, to fight for, and advance the cause of women, youth, and children, irrespective of ethnic, religious, or political affiliation. We are made up of ordinary women who are concerned about our environment, society, and the world at large, especially as it affects, women, youths, and children.WOWWI began as a child of necessity. Our vision is to develop a non-violent, creative, and inclusive approach to conflict resolution and transformation in Nigeria, through women who are natural agents for social and national change.

Requirements for Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
Requirements for Project Manager
- First Degree / Higher National Diploma,
- 7 years of work experience with 3 years additional work experience in community intervention or related field
Requirements for Communication Specialist
- First Degree in Communication, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in community-level work and communication
