Requirements for Farm Driver
- Applicant should possess a High School Diploma or GED.

Requirements for Recruiter
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or similar.
- Applicant must have 2 – 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in a Consulting Firm.
- Applicant must have proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Applicant must have good souring skills via different social media channels eg: LinkedIn
- Applicants must have the ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles.
