Requirements for Strategic Partner, Acceptance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Economic
- MBA desirable
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail or payments industry is preferable
- Fluent in English
- French or Arabic is a plus
- Ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations
- Excellent deal execution and financial acumen skills

Requirements for Business Development Analyst
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Master’s, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Master, MBA, JD, MD)
- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA preferred
- 4-6 years of experience preferable including sales and/or customer relationships in the payments industry;
- English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Emphasis on customer-facing roles;
- Very analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a ¨peer¨ in the sales
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional VISA and client areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Requirements for Implementation Analyst
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Master, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- We are looking for an individual who brings a breadth of experience, and a curiosity about payments and is results-driven and client-focused.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience in a business analyst role in software or financial services
- Requires a minimum of 8+ years’ of Information Technology system knowledge with a good understanding of project management, technology, and applications
- Experience in retail banking, card schemes, or new technologies that apply to the payment industry
- Good working knowledge of Visa’s payment processing systems including message routing, authorization, clearing & settlement, and client connectivity a plus.
- The candidate is required to interact with stakeholders in US / India / Singapore, hence the ability to speak/write English fluently is a must
