Requirements for Procurement Officer
- Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a similar field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Supervisory and management experience.
Requirements for Human Resources (HR) Officer – QSR
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2 – 3 years experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Requirements for Accountant (QSR)
- Minimum academic qualification of B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree.
- 2 – 4 years experience as an Accountant
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
