Requirements for Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Senior Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Additional analytical, financial, or commercial qualifications are beneficial
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate critical insights in a clear and compelling manner
• Solid understanding of the system business fundamentals and drivers of value across various markets
• Demonstrated experience in project leadership, able to drive collaboration in complex cross-functional projects
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in FMCG or related sectors, including RGM, Commercial planning, and commercial execution
• Demonstrable team player qualities, with the ability to inspire and engage team members at multiple levels of the system
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in cross-team coordination
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges

Requirements for Analyst, Franchise Operations

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-4 years of working experience in Customer and commercial or another related area preferably in a multi-country/multi-bottler environment.
• Advanced computer skills Office, SAP, MS Project, Excel, PowerBI, Reporting,
• Agile Methodology
• Knowledge of Nielson is an advantage
• The successful candidate will have had previous experience in a similar role and will combine experience in shopping and shopping as well as have a track record of success in a multi-country/multi-bottle. Strong project management skills and a winning attitude will be pluses.

Requirements for Plant Quality and Environment Manager

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Management Sciences or Engineering, Biochemistry or related disciplines.
• A Master’s Degree or such higher qualification in any of the above fields is an added advantage
• Experience in compliance and audit management systems in the food industry
• Ability to work with quality data analysis with sharp attention to detail
• Knowledge of Coca-Cola Hellenic QSE policies, CSR policies, and processes
• Lead Auditor qualifications for ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, OHSAS 18000/ ISO 45000, ISO 14001
• Good knowledge of CSR & QSE and stakeholder management ( internal/external)
• Excellent Technical knowledge of Carbonated Soft Drinks and associated beverage products (Manufacturing, Handling and Storage requirements)
• Operational experience in QSE area (Knowledge of Food Safety, Food Engineering, Packaging, Microbiology, and Chemistry principles, EOSH Principals, KORE)
• Good and fundamental understanding of the Bottling and packaging process/production process, including Water Treatment and Effluent Waste management.
• Good knowledge of Local and International Food Regulations (CODEX, NAFDAC, SON, FCCPC).
