Requirements for Medical Sales Representative
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in the sciences like Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Anatomy, Biology, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, etc.
- At least one year of pharma sales/marketing experience
- They understand the whole rudiments of the sales and relationship management process.
- They must possess competence in detailing, clinical meeting organization, and presentations
- They must be very hardworking, and target-oriented, with a high level of integrity and leadership skills to achieve set targets in the territory.
- Ideal candidates should presently reside in Aba.
- Must age less than 30 years
- Ability to drive vehicles in compulsory (Including possession of a valid license)
- Extensive knowledge of key dealers, institutions, and prospects as well as market dynamics of Abia/Imois compulsory
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Requirements for Medical Officer
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
- The successful candidate must be a qualified Medical Officer
- A minimum of one year post-NYSC work experience. Freshly served Officers may be considered.
Requirements for Area Sales Manager & Medical Sales Representative
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in the Sciences like Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy, Biology, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, etc.
- At least one year of pharma sales / marketing experience for the MSR and 7 years of sales/marketing/management experience for the ASM
- They understand the whole rudiments of the sales and relationship management process.
- They must possess competence in detailing, clinical meeting presentations
- They must be very hardworking, and target-oriented, with a high level of integrity and leadership skills to achieve set targets in the territory.
- Ideal candidates should presently reside in the intended locations.
- MSR must age less than 35 years and ASM must age less than 40 years.
- Ability to drive vehicles in compulsory (Including possession of a valid license)
- Extensive knowledge of key clients and prospects as well as the market dynamics of the territory is compulsory.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
