Requirements for Sales Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field with 2-5 years experience.

Requirements for Architect

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Strong design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices is a plus.
- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and building technologies.
