Requirements for Marketing Executive
- Develop and implement direct marketing strategies to promote our company’s products/policies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their insurance needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Present and explain products to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the Unit Lead to set sales targets and develop sales plans to achieve them.
- Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
- Generate new business by acquiring new clients and expanding the existing client base.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of policies, claims, and customer requests.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and reports to clients and management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipelines in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the direct marketing unit.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct marketing efforts.
Requirements for SharePoint and Business Automation Developer
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint Online;
- Mastery of Automation tools, such as Blue Prism, UI Automation, Power Automate, AutomationAnywhere or UiPath
- Specialized knowledge of web programming, active server pages, CSS, and JavaScript is necessary;
- Developing with languages: C#, SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
- Experience with developing and implementing SharePoint solutions in Azure;
- Relevant certifications
Requirements for Unit Head, Cloud Infrastructure, Network and Security
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience
- 10 + years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability)
- Demonstrated knowledge of DevOps tool chains and processes
- Experience as a team lead preferred.
- Experience with OCI, Azure, AWS, and VMWare enterprise implementations
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments Knowledge of all components of a technical architecture
- Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes
- Strong understanding of network architecture and application development methodologies
- Strong understanding of SOA, object-oriented analysis and design, and/or client/server systems
