Requirements for General Counsel

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s Degree or a member of ICSAN or Chartered Institute of Arbitrators would be an added advantage).
Applicants Must Have Nigerian Bar Association membership and be in good standing.
Applicants Must Have Previous working experience as a Legal Counsel or on secondment for 6 years (s).
Applicants Must Have Ability to provide competent legal advice and counsel to senior management on a wide range of legal and policy issues.
Applicants Must Have Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government.
Applicants Must Have Good Negotiation Skills.
Applicants Must Have Proficient in MS Office.
Applicants Must Have Experience with corporate governance issues and corporate secretarial duties.
Applicants Must Have Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
Applicants Must Have Arbitration and mediation skills.
Applicants Must Have Detail-oriented and have strong analytical and problem-solving.

Requirements for Call Center Agent (Hausa Speaking)

Applicants should possess relevant academic qualifications (Minimum of HND / B.Sc and relevant qualification or its equivalent).
Applicants shall have Post Graduate Experience of one (1) year.
Applicants Must Have Excellent Customer Service Experience.
Applicants Must Have the Ability to speak Hausa and any Yoruba or Igbo.
Applicants Must Have The ability to communicate and relate with customers in English, Hausa, and any other language is a must.
Applicants Must Have excellent communication skills.
Applicants Must Have completed NYSC.

Requirements for Senior IT Coordinator

Interested Applicants must possess an HND or B.Sc. Degree with 4 – 5 years of IT hands-on work experience.
CCNA, CCNP, or MCSE certification is an added advantage.
Windows Server Operating system installation and configuration.
LAN and WAN administration, maintenance, and support.
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of IP Addressing, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and CRM tools.
Applicants Must Have Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Applicants Must Have Great problem-solving skills
Applicants Must Have Understanding of complex information and requirements
Applicants Must Have Good communication and interpersonal skills
Applicants Must Have Creative, open to new ideas, and ability to multi-task
