Requirements for Operations Manager (Furniture Manufacturing)
- B.Sc in Engineering, Architecture, Wood Technology, or other related field
- 8-10 years of previous work experience in a similar role within a furniture manufacturing company
- Leadership and motivational ability
- Delegation
- Oral and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills
- Problem-solving, creativity
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to be proactive and deliver results
- Integrity/Discipline
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of Furniture manufacturing operations processes
- Knowledge of a range of engineering functions and procedures

- Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD
- Interpretation of designs and drawings.
Requirements for Customer Relationship / Project Manager
- First Degree in Science or Social Sciences
- Experience with ERP systems
- Minimum of 5 years’ previous experience as a customer relationship/ project manager (previous work experience within the furniture manufacturing industry is an added advantage).
- Excellent customer relationship and project management skills
- Ability to analyze, plan, schedule, and implement project installation
- Analytical and quantitative decision-making skill

Requirements for Female Upholsterer
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience as an Upholsterer (sewing or tacking) at a furniture manufacturing company.
- Ability to work with a team

- Integrity / Discipline
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be knowledgeable in making furniture pieces such as sofas, headboards, ottomans, etc as per given specifications.
- Upholstery Craftmanship
- Knowledge of stitching by hand or with the use of big/industrial sewing machines
- Basic numeracy skills
- Basic literacy skills.
