Requirements for Technical Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (2.1 and above).
- Minimum of 8 years post-qualification work experience in Civil Engineering Design, Project & Contract Management.
- NSE, COREN membership desired.
Requirements for Finance / Admin Lead
- A Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or any related Social Science or IT course.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and relevant regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Administrative Officer
- Good customer relationship skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to details
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Inter-personal relationship skills.
Requirements for Manager, Account, Audit
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university
- Must be Chartered (ACCA will be most preferred for accounting and audit Manager role)
- Tax Managers must have an ICAN certification (In addition to any other certification they might have)
- Solid grasp of bookkeeping, tax, and audit. Solid experience in the application of accounting and audit standards. Experience in tax audits and application of tax laws.
- Minimum of 6 years working experience, must have worked in a tier 1 or tier 2 accounting firm for a minimum of 3 years and 3 or more years of experience in a managerial role
- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
- Excellent English proficiency level (written and oral).
