Requirements for Sales Representative
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the publishing industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Requirements for Assistant Facility Manager
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing residential estates.
- Strong technical background with the ability to supervise maintenance staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
