Requirements for Patient Care Analyst
- A first Degree in the Health Sciences is preferred, other related fields are acceptable.
- 0 – 2 years’ Contact Centre management and customer service experience in the retail healthcare sector (preferably in a physician practice or related setting).
- Exceptional phone and email communication skills, customer service skills, active listening skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to resolve conflict and diffuse tension.
- Strong time management skills.
Requirements for Senior Product Manager (Health Informatics & Data – Products)
- First Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related technical field.
- 6-10 years experience in technical product management with a focus on data products and health informatics.
- Project management certification and experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technically with a passion for design and usability
- Ability to drive requirement definition and solution design sessions, while working closely with partners from across the entire organization and with developers
- Ability to drive teams of diverse backgrounds to ship features on time.
- Capability to identify technical impacts, recommend best-practice and/or alternate approaches, and provide timeline estimates.
- An ability to articulate development status and challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- The equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
Requirements for Senior Communications Analyst
- First Degree in a related field from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate communications / public relations/journalism or related fields.
- A communications generalist with exposure to internal and external communications either in-house or agency.
- Experience working on external and employee communications programs.
- Knowledge and experience supporting crisis and issues management.
- Experience writing, editing, and producing written communications for targeted audiences.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present qualitative and quantitative information concisely and persuasively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including but not limited to facilitation and business/corporate writing.
- Excellent organization and project management skills, strong attention to detail, and quality output.
- Exposure to internal and external stakeholder management. Experience with developing working relationships and networks at all levels, with impact and influence in a collaborative environment.
