Requirements for Relationship Manager

• Applicant should possess a B.Sc in Accounting and any related field from a reputable University
• Applicant must be door-to-door sales expertise
• Applicant must have 2 years of experience selling financial solutions, technology software, and FMCG door-to-door.
• Applicants must have a passion for selling and market development.
• Applicant must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Applicant must be Punctual, and reliable, and must have vital communication skills
• Applicant must be able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
• Applicant must be able to generate and qualify leads, book and coordinate demo sessions, and close deals within a short timeframe.
• Applicant must know Sales CRM and other ERP applications.
• Applicant must have strong verbal and oral communication skills
• Applicant must pay attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management
• Applicant must be a quick learner with a positive attitude
• Applicant must be highly motivated and success-driven within a team environment
• Applicant must have excellent time management habits.

Requirements for Brand & Graphic Design Specialist

• Applicant must have 3+ years of working experience as a Brand Designer
• Outstanding Brand Design Portfolio.
• Applicant must be highly creative and versatile with conceptual clarity.
• Applicant must have the ability to perform manipulation and retouching of the images.
• Applicant must have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Applicant must have a good knowledge of the latest trends in the market pertaining to the field of design.
• Hands-on experience in image editing tools and graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, e.t.c
• Applicant must have the willingness to accept feedback and make necessary changes in the part of the design.
• Applicant must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Applicant must have exceptional artistic ability and presentation ideas.
• Applicant must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication value clearly.

Requirements for Product Marketer

• Applicant should possess a Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
• Applicant must have a minimum of two (2) years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Background in design and copywriting is a plus.
• Applicant must have experience in market analysis.
• Applicant must be familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
• Applicant must have a working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, Ux cam).
• Applicant must have excellent communication skills.
• Applicant must have a keen eye for detail.
• Creativity.
• Applicant must have an analytical mind and strong quantitative skills.
