Requirements for Unit Head, Workflow, and Enterprise Application Development
- A minimum of First Degree or its equivalent in a Business / IT-related discipline
- A Master’s, MBA, or a recognized professional certification will be an added advantage
- 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering solutions
- 6+ years of management experience with 2+ years spent in senior management role
- Experience in Enterprise solution architecture and Design
- Familiarity with Cloud Solution Architecture and Design.
Requirements for Unit Head, Service Management & End User Support
- A minimum of First Degree or its equivalent in a Business / IT-related discipline
- A Master’s Degree, MBA, or a recognized professional certification will be an added advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in an IT services/ operations function
- 5+ years of management experience.
Requirements for Senior Analyst, Database Management
- Minimum Education: First Degree in numerate discipline; Higher Degrees /Professional
- Certifications (an added advantage)
- Minimum experience: 8+ years relevant experience in database administration and management with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
