Requirements for Senior Settlement & Reconciliation Specialist
- Applicants Must Have Cultural and Value fit
- Applicants Must Have 7+ years of experience working in a similar role in the banking, fintech, or financial services industry.
- Applicants Must Have Experience in local and international cards and payment, fully integrated into all aspects of the settlement and daily reconciliation process.
- Applicants Must Have In-depth knowledge of bank reconciliation and settlement dynamics and processes.
- Applicants Must Have strong knowledge of internal controls and financial reporting.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent Data Analysis & Reporting skills – You can turn large data sets into meaningful insights.
- Applicants Must Have the appetite to jump headfirst into a fast-moving, fast-growing, mission-driven team that values creativity and output.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a very fast-paced environment. Essentially, you need to be able to deliver under pressure.

Requirements for Head, Merchant Success
- Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 10 years of experience in Customer Experience / Success in a Fintech or core technology business.
- Applicants Must Have the Ability to map the customer’s business process to product capability.
- Applicants Must Have Experience using and managing CRM and other third-party tools to improve efficiency.
- Applicants Must Have High-level proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools
- Applicants Must Have Proven experience in navigating complexity. You will have worked successfully in an environment of constant change, few rules and structures, and rapidly rising expectations.
- Applicants Must Have Creativity and execution. You come up with unique ways to solve problems by using a data-informed approach. You’re able to connect the dots and nail down the root causes of problems. You don’t easily take no for an answer and are effective in translating strategic directions into action.
- Applicants Mus be Obsessed with problem-solving, and challenges don’t scare you – you appreciate being stretched to think creatively and execute in new areas.

Requirements for Senior Backend Developer
- Applicants Must Have Previously worked at a fintech or a financial services firm (preferred).
- Applicants Must Have 5+ experience working as a backend engineer.
- Applicants Must Have Experience with Microservices and Rest architectures.
- Applicants Must Have Experience with building Restful APIs with Node.js/Express.
- Applicants Must Have an Intermediate-level understanding of Javascript(ES6+)
- Applicants Must Have A firm command of Typescript.
- Applicants Must Have Experience with MongoDB database and Mongoose ORM.
- Applicants Must Have Experience with MySQL databases.
- Applicants Must Have Experience with Unit and Integration testing (Heads up, We use Jest).
- Applicants Must Have Knowledge of performance and security best practices.
- Applicants Must Have Experience with writing clean, maintainable, and standards-compliant code
- Applicants Must Have Cultural and Value Fit.
