Requirements for Technical Advisor at Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme Recruitment
- Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field; Solid working knowledge (practical skills) in OVC care and support will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of five years experience in health program management in sub-Saharan Africa/ international health issues including HIV, with at least two years experience working on HIV/AIDS counseling and testing programs in international or resource-poor settings at the supervisory level.
- Experience in coordinating HIV/AIDS program implementation. Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent personal communication skills, in written and verbal English, with high-impact influencing and persuasive skills and able to represent the organization to donors and partners
- Good experience using Ms. Word, Excel, or applicable software related to the position

Requirements for Cleaner
- Have an experience in cleaning. Previous cleaning experience in either a Laboratory, clinic or hospital will be an added advantage.
- The candidate should be flexible and ready to learn.
- The candidate must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions when undertaking routine cleaning duties.
- Work flexibly and prioritize tasks as required
- Have self-organization skills.
- Able to contribute effectively as part of a team to support others in ensuring the satisfactory completion of tasks.
Requirements for Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
- Bachelor’s degree in science, social science, Arts, or humanities
- Experience in the M&E field
- At least 4 years post-NYSC experience in developing country health care programs or program support functions 4 years of which must be within an international NGO or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years experience working on international health issues including HIV, with at least two years working on HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care, and Treatment programs in resource-poor settings.
- Extensive experience working with KPs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of public health information, education, and communications methodology in an African development context.
- Experience supervising and/or training others preferred
- Demonstrated ability in maintaining close counterpart relationships, both governmental and in partner sites and communities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-culturally with diverse teams
- The high degree of judgment, maturity, ingenuity, and originality to interpret strategy, analyze, develop and present work, and monitor and evaluate the implementation of programs.
- Fluency in written and spoken English Proficiency with other local languages.
Requirements for Front Desk Officer/Admin
- A degree in Nursing/Midwifery or Bachelor’s degree in science, economics or a related field and an Experience in HIV/AIDS Key Population program is an added advantage
- Excellent command of English and preferably experience in drafting documents such as proposals, reports, project plans, and memos (additional language skills are an asset)
- Demonstrable project management and organizational skills appropriate for a highly multi-tasked environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and through telephone and e-mail
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with standard Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous responsibility managing project budgets will be an asset

Requirements for Adherence Counsellor
- Degree in Social Sciences, Health Education, Public Health, or a relevant field;
- At least one year of supervisory experience and two years of post-graduate experience working in medical case management or as a medical social worker.
- Familiarity with health systems and HIV community programs including Key Population
- Experience working with HIV/AIDS and ante-retroviral treatments is required.
- Knowledgeable on HIV information and able to communicate expertise to HIV-positive patients;
- Willingness to participate in HIV-related training and meetings
- Ability to organize and coordinate diverse activities
- Experience in coordinating HIV/AIDS program implementation;
- Strong supervisory and management skills;

Requirements for Data Entry Clerk
- Minimum of HND (Medical Records) or Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1 year’ of experience in Local or International NGOs; preferably in Care and treatment Experience with use, deployment, and DHIS management will be an added advantage
- Skills using MS Excel, MS Access, SPSS, and/or SAS and Epi-Info are highly desirable but not necessary as training will be provided
- Strong data management and analysis skills
- Hands-on experience in the use of computers (Word processing, Excel, and database programs).

Requirements for Laboratory Scientist
- Degree in Medical Laboratory Science
- Valid Certificate to practice as Medical Laboratory Scientist with MLSCN mandatory
- 2 years experience in a practical setting
- Knowledge and experience in the design, implementation, and management of laboratory services in HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, Reproductive health and other related emerging chronic and contagious diseases will be an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications

Requirements for Pharmacist
- A minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or another relevant field with prior experience in supply chain management and HIV/AIDS monitoring and evaluation.

- Experience in Pharmacy Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in HIV/AIDS monitoring.

Requirements for ART Nurse

- Experience in providing Key Population services and or comprehensive Reproductive Health services (2years + preferable)

Requirements for OSS Doctor
- Advanced Medical Degree (MD preferred)
- Robust clinical experience in HIV/AIDS care and antiretroviral treatment (3 years + preferable)
- Computer literacy in Microsoft applications and other software
- Excellent grasp of clinical issues and current literature in HIV/AIDS treatment
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills including the ability to foresee problems and initiate appropriate action.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in the management of infectious disease, and management of clinical services;

Requirements for Pharmacy Specialist

- 5 years of relevant experience in HIV/AIDS with international pharmacy development programs
- Experience in HIV/AIDS Monitoring and Evaluation

- Fluency in English; excellent communication and report writing skills required.
Requirements for Finance & Administrative Manager
- Must possess a first degree or its equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
- Must possess a Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or Finance with a professional certification of ICAN or ACCA.
- Must possess a minimum of ten (10) years post-NYSC working experience with at least seven (7) years of experience in a bi-lateral or multi-lateral agency-financed project in Nigeria (or an African nation).
- Knowledge and expertise in the field of project preparation, commercial negotiations, financial management, internal controls/systems development, accounting, auditing, and reporting.
- Must be proficient in all aspects of corporate accounting and all pertinent financial standards, rules, and regulations relating to good financial management.
- The ability to solve problems, and exercise good judgment will be an asset.
- Must be of good character with proven impeccable integrity.
- Articulate, professional, and able to communicate in a clear, positive manner with clients and staff.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
