Akwa Ibom state civil service recruitment, the Akwa Ibom State Government, through the Office of the Head of Civil, has made public, employment opportunities,  junior category, in the State Public Service.

The job vacancies are contained in a “Public Notice” signed by the Akwa Ibom State Head of Civil Service, Elder Effiong Essien, published in the Pioneer Newspaper on Monday, December 19, 2022. The recruitment opportunities are in the various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).

Requirements for Akwa Ibom state civil service recruitment

• Applicant should hold an FSLC, O’level, or OND(in some vacancies, all these are required while in some, you need only 1 or the first 2).
• Applicant should have a Birth certificate or age declaration
• Applicant should have a local government identification letter
• Applicant should be from one of the LGAs in the state or be eligible to work in the state

How to Apply

Interested applicants should submit the handwritten application together with photocopies of Educational Qualifications, Birth Certificates or Age Declaration, Certificate of Local Government of Origin, and Change of Name(where applicable), to the Permanent Secretary/Head of Extra-Ministerial Department of the (46 listed) MDAs of their choice within two (2) weeks from the date of this publication.

• Candidates are to only apply for only one post in his/her MDA of choice.
• Condition of service, according to the Public Notice, is as obtained in the Akwa Ibom State Civil Service.
