RequirementsBusiness Development Associate
- Applicant must have Bachelor’s / HND in the field.
- Applicant must have 2 – 4 years relevant work experience in business development, sales, or a similar field preferred.
- Applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Applicant must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Applicant must have strong organizational and project management skills.
- Applicant must be friendly and personable demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Must reside in Port Harcourt.
Requirements Driver
- Applicant must have an SSCE / OND.
- Proven experience of 2 or more years as a Driver is required.
- Should possess a valid driver’s license.
- Should have good knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods around Uyo.
- A polite and professional disposition is a necessary requirement.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations, especially during peak periods.
- Should be resident in Port Harcourt.
- Must be ready to resume immediately.
Requirements Assistant Marketing Manager
- Relevant Bachelor’s / HND in any course.
- 3 to 4 years of experience within the Real Estate / Property Development industry.
- Experience in strategy development within Marketing, Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
- Must reside in Port Harcourt.
- Must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must be willing to resume immediately.
