Requirements Customer Care Representative
- Applicant must have a minimum of HND.
- Applicant must have at least 3 years of work experience.
- Applicant must have proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service representative in a bank or any financial institution.
- Applicant must have a track record of overachieving quota
- Applicant must have strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Applicant must have the ability to practice
- Applicant must have customer orientation and adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Applicant must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Applicant must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Applicant must have proximity to Alagomeji, Yaba.
Requirements Office Admin Officer
- Applicant must have HND, B.Sc / BA in Office Administration or relevant field preferred.
- Applicants must have qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
- Applicant must have a Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
- Applicant must have proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Applicant must have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Applicant must have excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Applicant must have familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Applicant must have excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).
Requirements Accountant Clerk
- Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification.
- Applicant must have 1 – 3 years of work experience.
- Applicant must be an accountant with at least basic knowledge of accounting.
- Applicant must live within Abule Egba and its axis.
- Applicant must be smart, intelligent, and hardworking.
- The duty is to assist the accountant with some basic documentation.
