Requirements for Quantity Surveyor

• Applicant should possess HND or B-Tech in Quantity Surveying
• Applicant must have a minimum of 4 years post-NYSC experience
• Applicant must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Applicant must have sound knowledge of construction.
• Applicant must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel/PowerPoint.
• Applicant must have excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Applicant must have the spirit of teamwork.
• Applicant must have good negotiation skills.
• Applicant must have good Measurement/Estimating skills
• Applicant must pay good attention to detail.
• Applicant must have the ability to organize, plan and strategize.

Requirements for Account Officer

• Applicant must have a Degree in Accounting
• A minimum of HND
• Applicant must have 2+ years of experience
• Applicant must have good written and verbal skills
• Applicant must be proficient in the use of Excel
• Applicant must be detail-oriented
• Applicant must have experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Applicant must have good client/customer service skills
• Preferable Female.

Requirements for Accountant

• Applicant should possess B.Sc in Accounting.
• Applicant must have 3 – 5 years of experience as an accountant
• Applicants should have basic knowledge of accounting procedures.
• Applicant must have excellent communication skills.
• Applicant must have organizational skills.
• Applicant must have good Accuracy skills.
• Applicant must be computer literate.
• Applicant must have experience using SAGE ONE Accounting software
• Applicant must be Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
• ICAN Certification is a plus.
